Meet our team

Yaniv Sherman, VP Business Development and Sales

Yaniv heads the Business Development and Sales activities for Dragonfish and the 888 group. His responsibilities include Dragonfish B2B deals, strategic partnerships, content integration and M&A processes. Yaniv joined the 888 group 4 years ago, and facilitated the establishment of the group’s Gaming Ecosystem and product enhancements. He has also lead Dragonfish’s commercial ventures in regulated markets, such as France, Italy and now Spain. Prior to his tenure with 888 Yaniv served in a variety of Business Development and Sales positions in the Software, Defense and IT industry in Israel. Yaniv is a member of 888’s Operational Management team, and holds an MBA from the Ben Gurion University in Israel.


Marcel Elfersy, Business Development Manager

Marcel joined the Dragonfish Sales team in 2011 after 2 years managing 888’s technology suppliers. He brought with him 15 years’ experience of managing strategic business to business relationships in cross-cultural and technology-centric global sectors. Before joining 888, Marcel headed up IT Sourcing for JPMorgan in EMEA, and has held other Sourcing roles in the fixed and mobile telecommunications sector in the UK. As well as his key role in the Dragonfish Sales team, Marcel is also responsibile for global marketing of the Dragonfish brand. Marcel holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Social Studies from the University of Manchester.


Daniel Flesch, Commercial Manager

Daniel has over a decade of experience of various roles in the online gaming sector. On joining 888 in 2007, Daniel continued to manage the former Globalcom Bingo Network following its acquisition by 888, seeing the network through its evolution into the Dragonfish Bingo Offering. Daniel’s roles at Dragonfish have included Product Development, CRM and Account Management. Today, based in London as a Commercial Manager, Daniel is responsible for identifying and securing new white label partnership gaming contracts. Daniel holds a BSc in Law with Legal Practice Management from Aston University.


Yariv Lavi, Business Development Manager

Yariv joined Dragonfish’s Business Development team in 2009, bringing with him over 10 years of global business to business commercial experience in the communication and aerospace industries. Today Yariv manages external content acquisition across the 888 group’s various gaming platforms, leading commercial relations with 3rd party game providers and mobile platform development. Yariv holds an LLB in Law from the Tel-Aviv University.
