At Dragonfish, we believe our primary responsibility is to provide the best online gaming entertainment for our partners.  However, we also acknowledge the potential danger that gaming may pose for a small minority of people and therefore strive for excellence in our responsible gaming policy and ethical conduct.

Through education, Dragonfish actively raises awareness of gaming issues and regularly provides staff with tools and training necessary to ensure a responsible gaming environment. We continuously monitor our policies and generate new innovative ways to foster caring and ethical gaming, and above all to make certain our customers are safe.

There are mandatory entry-level training and weekly refresher courses for all Customer Support staff on Responsible Gambling and techniques to assist in identifying compulsive or underage gambling. We also use homegrown software and 42 online information services, in order to prevent anti-money laundering (an area in which we work closely with regulators and governments), compulsive or underage gambling (areas in which we work closely with non for profit organisations and academic experts as well as regulators).
