Yaniv Schwartz – SVP, Head of DragonfishAs Head of Dragonfish Yaniv is responsible for a large percentage of the net profits of 888 Holdings Plc and a strong growth arm in the group. His day-to-day operational management of the division has a particular focus on the Client Executive team, Product Customisation, Player Acquisition, Retention and VIP management, growing and maintaining partner accounts through analytical and operational services. Prior to this Yaniv spent six years working at 888.com in various technical and management positions, and played a key role in building the analytical capabilities of the group. Yaniv holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, USA. |

Ofer Ash, Bingo OperationsOfer joined the Dragonfish team in 2008 and brought with him over 15 years of global operational and commercial experience from the gaming and sports media technology sectors. Today he applies his skills to heading up Dragonfish’s award-winning Bingo operations and has helped to maintain and strengthen Dragonfish’s dominance in the UK B2B Bingo market. Ofer holds a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Derby. |

Eldad Vardi, B2B DeliveryEldad leads the technical delivery unit at Dragonfish responsible for delivery of all web and software solutions to our Partners and supporting the products post implementation. Eldad joined Dragonfish in 2008 after 6 successful years leading Product Development teams at 888 and his experience and knowledge of our leading products ensures that our Partners are never disappointed with the quality of the solutions we deliver and the support we provide. Eldad holds a MBA and B.A. in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya in Israel. |

Kfir Biton, Consumer MarketingHeading up the consumer marketing department, Kfir is responsible for driving revenue growth for our licensees through Player Acquisition, Retention and VIP management. Kfir and his team work with our partners to define brand strategy and positioning, plan new brand launches, online and offline marketing campaigns. Prior to joining Dragonfish, Kfir co-founded a successful high-end technology start-up company and worked as a Venture Capital consultant. He brings with him over ten years of experience in management, business development, product and technology roles. Kfir holds a B.A in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya in Israel. |
